We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) in M&A Advisory and Investments in our Munich office. You will be a comprehensive part of our team and accompany us in our ongoing M&A, fundraising and investment projects in the areas of digital, tech-enabled services, software, life science and impact/sustainability. You will work closely together with the team to strategically develop our rapidly growing business. We give you the opportunity to further sharpen your already acquired knowledge as well skill set and thus develop your individual profile in the M&A and investment environment.
Your profile:
- University degree in business administration, economics, finance (or a similar discipline) from a top institution paired with excellent academic results (Bachelor or Master degree)
- Support in modeling KPI-based business plans in Excel
- High motivation and willingness to learn and work in a truly entrepreneurial team
- Very good analytical skills as well as independent and careful way of working
- Availability of 3-6 months for the internship
Your role and responsibilities:
- Support in the creation of marketing documents such as teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, etc. in the course of M&A sell-side and fundraising processes
- Research and identification of potential buyer parties or investors
- Support in the evaluation of investment opportunities in the small-cap buyout area as well as assistance in our own commercial due diligence work
- Preparation of market and competitor analyses
